Demos will never "get it"
Penraker discourses on the inability of the left wing to understand defeat. I love the phrase "put more lipstick on the pig":

Adam Cohen writes today in the New York Times about goofball professor George Lakoff's ideas that the republicans have succeeded because they use magic words. He calls it
"framing". But really, he is saying that it doesn't matter what the Democrats say, it's how they say it that matters.
As I said yesterday, Cohen and Lakoff are essentially saying, "Let's put more lipstick on this pig."This indicates a deep sense of irrationality. These Democrats simply find it absolutely incomprehensible that Republicans could have won because of their ideas. It must be the way they say it."
